Rainbow Trout Fish comes from the cooler waters of the snowy mountains. It has a delicate flavour and a moist soft texture. The flesh is red in colour and sweet, best cooked whole. It is a great fish to bake stuffed with your favourite fresh herbs or rubbed with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper squeeze of lemon.
